Aspen and Maple House
Aspen and Maple House, formally known as East Campus Village or ECV, residents have created a friendly, neighbourhood feel in their community. These second to fifth year undergraduate students live in walk-up apartment units with one to four bedrooms.
Residents have tons of support and services nearby including a centrally located and well established Students’ Association. They enjoy stepping out of their doors into an active community as much as stepping back inside to relax in their own space.

1 bedroom apartments are available on month-to-month leases. 2 and 4 bedroom shared units are rented based on contract terms coinciding with the academic year (8 month contracts for Fall/Winter and 2-4 month contracts for Spring/Summer).

Rates
Units are equipped with a stove/oven and refrigerator/freezer. Each bedroom is lockable and contains a bed frame/mattress (twin XL) with storage and a desk/chair. Living room furniture is also provided (no lighting or TVs).
