Guidelines for Using the Reasonable Accommodation Fund

We have a duty to accommodate staff with permanent medical restrictions and limitations. Because reasonable accommodation sometimes requires specialized equipment and adaptive technology, the university created the Reasonable Accommodation Fund (RAF) which assists departments by offsetting some of the costs of these measures.
