Westview Community Teaching Site
Comprising five clinics located west of Edmonton in the neighboring communities of Spruce Grove and Stony Plain, this teaching site provides a fast-paced, collaborative learning experience in a suburban meets rural environment.
Grey Nuns Family Medicine Centre
Located across from the Grey Nuns Community Hospital, this academic teaching site offers a full spectrum of family practice in South Edmonton.
Northeast Community Health Centre Family Health Clinic
This teaching center is located in Edmonton’s north and supports a variety of population demographics including low income families, individuals with high-risk lifestyles, and socially and medically complex patients.
MacEwan University Health Centre
Tucked to the north of downtown Edmonton’s MacEwan University campus, this modern teaching site is a Rainbow Clinic servicing a variety of demographics, including a large student population.
Misericordia Family Medicine Centre
Affiliated with the Misericordia Community Hospital, this clinic is down the street from the world famous West Edmonton Mall. It offers residents the opportunity to experience a variety of patient interactions during their blocktime rotation.
Family Medicine Associates, Grande Prairie

Radius Community Health and Healing
As Edmonton’s only inner-city community health center, Radius’ multidisciplinary team works closely with social agencies and other partners to provide care with priority to social determinants of health.
Kaye Family Medicine Clinic
Nestled in the heart of the modern Kaye Edmonton Clinic across from the University of Alberta Hospital, this mixed academic and community practice provides high-quality comprehensive care for more than 30,000 patients each year.

L.A. Medical Clinic
Initialed for “Leduc, Alberta,” this clinic is 15 minutes south of Edmonton. Leduc has a small town feel while maintaining convenient proximity to the big city. Several physicians at the practice were residents who did their rotation at this clinic!
Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital
Serving patients requiring complex rehabilitation, our robust Care of the Elderly Program works out of this hospital located near Edmonton’s core.
Lynnwood Family Physicians
Located in West Edmonton, this is a modern clinic designed with teaching in mind. The patient demographic is primarily urban and suburban.
Shifa Medical Clinic
This full-service clinic located in South Edmonton at the corner of Gateway and Whitemud boasts a multidisciplinary team, including a mental health nurse and dietician.
Summit Medical Clinic
Located in the pleasant community of St. Albert, this clinic has six family doctors who assist in providing residents with well-rounded exposure to family medicine. Residents have been able to join in for some deliveries and maternity/newborn visits at the nearby Sturgeon Community Hospital.
St. Albert Medical Clinic
Located in St. Albert, this maternity and women's health-focused clinic houses a lactation clinic called Village Lactation. The preceptors still have varied interests, with many also working in palliative care.

Grande Prairie Regional Hospital
This brand new hospital opened in 2022, servicing Grande Prairie and much of Northern Alberta.
Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre
Located in the centre of the province, the city of Red Deer is the sweet spot between Alberta’s two largest cities.
Yellowknife, Northwest Territories
In addition to working out of the new Stanton Territorial Hospital, residents will travel all over Canada’s north to service rural and remote communities—some of which are only accessible by ice road or helicopter!
St. Mary's Hospital
Camrose's rural health facility is a regional stroke center with a special care unit and skilled hospitalist team granting them the ability to care for very sick patients on site.
