WILDERNESS MEDICINE

with Dr. John Chmelicek & Dr. Lee Green

12:00pm - 1:15pm MST

What is Wilderness Medicine? In plain terms, it’s about learning a process to recognize how to identify and manage any medical emergency in the great outdoors. Whether you're a healthcare provider or an outdoor enthusiast, we will show you some simple first-aid skills and how to create a first-aid kit that everyone should carry.

Join us on the Main Floor of University Terrace in Room 1-38 for this unique and exciting session! A light lunch will be provided. Direct questions to Christine Taylor via cjtaylo3@ualberta.ca
