Recording virtual meetings and discussions

For many of us, videoconferences have largely replaced in-person meetings. However, as we make this transition to digital meetings, several new privacy and security issues emerge, including the temptation to hit the "record" button.
The university is subject to the FOIP Act, and we must ensure that systems and processes in place for video and audio recordings are compliant.
