Free, virtual Alberta Health Services workshops help identify and transform stress. Albertans looking for ways to identify and manage stress are invited to join free online workshops facilitated by AHS. This two-part series will give participants an understanding of the impact of emotions on the body plus an action plan to address their own stress, as well as discussing perception, decision-making and communication.
