- Current CV
- Personal Statement
- Three reference letters (including one from your current program director)
- Credentials
- Passed English Language Proficiency documents (CPSA)
- Passed MCCEE (Medical Council of Canada Evaluating Exam)
- Confirmation of Funding Source
