Fit Cities Fit Towns Canada Conference

The Housing for Health Project funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), along with our partners, hosts an Annual Fit Cities Fit Towns Canada Conference that brings together multisector and interdisciplinary professionals to learn how to improve our communities for health and wellbeing.

The annual conference shares evidence-based strategies and practice-informed innovations for improving our buildings, neighbourhoods, streets and communities for Healthy Living, including Active Transportation and Active Recreation. Healthy Food and Beverage Access, and Social Connections.
