General Venue Information
Renting Campus venues help support the maintenance and improvement of our facilities and equipment. As such, we are unable to offer free use of our facilities, though we do provide discounts for charitable and not-for-profit organizations.
Equipment usage
Rental of our facilities includes the use of integrated equipment at no extra charge. Most of our venues are equipped with projectors, projector screens, basic sound systems, and microphones for large spaces. We can provide you with a tutorial on how everything works so you can run the equipment on your own, free of charge, or we can provide tech support during your event for an additional cost.
Rental of our facilities also includes use of the tables and chairs in our inventory, as available, at no charge. You are welcome to do setup and takedown on your own, or additional labour fees can be applied if you would prefer our staff do the setup and takedown.
