Personal Counselling

Sometimes, life gets complicated, and it can be helpful to talk to a counsellor. In-person, 50-minute sessions are available for students on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with Augustana counsellor Karen Aloisio. There are no fees for these confidential sessions.

Augustana students can connect with a Canadian licensed therapist, general practitioner, or medical provider for care from their phone by utilizing Maple and Inkblot.

To access services, create an account with Maple (providing general practitioner and medical provider access), and then use the code 'Augustana' to activate an Inkblot account (providing licensed therapist access).

The Open Door
Free counselling services for students on-line, in person, or telephone.
