International Student Orientation: Canada A to Zed 

Attend the international student in-person orientation session to connect with staff and other international students. Join the International Student and Visitor Services team for some light refreshments and interactive fun.

11:30 - 12:30 p.m. | Health Care: Essential Safety and Wellness Tips for International Students


Infomart

Connect with campus and community services at the Infomart. This is your time to get information that is helpful to studying and living in Alberta. Discover U of A resources, including student services, student groups, and libraries. Connect with banks and cell phone company representatives. Connect with the City of Edmonton and community services. Many prizes are to be had. Examples of the organizations you will be able to talk with are:

  • Student groups
  • Local banks - open a bank account here!
  • Cell phone companies - get a cell phone here!
  • U of A service offices, including International Student and Visitor Services

International Barbecue (BBQ)

Student groups will be serving their best BBQ treats from around the world. Try the food and connect with some of U of A's culture-based student groups.
