Joint and Dual Degree Programs
International joint and dual degrees are collaboratively delivered by UAlberta and a partner university. Students of such programs generally graduate with either
- Two degrees (one from UAlberta and one from the partner institution), or
- A degree from the student's home institution with a notation on the parchment that the program was offered with the other institution
Joint and dual degree programs provide enhanced education experiences for students and deepen UAlberta's international presence and connections.
Students interested in applying for a joint or dual degree program can refer to the information on the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research website.
While not a joint or dual degree program, the University of Alberta offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Master of Financial Management (MFM) program in both Shenzhen and Shanghai, China, in collaboration with local partners. More information is available here.
