Actively celebrating cultural diversity, life at I-House means sharing your stories, perspectives and worldviews and learning every day.
As a member of this vibrant community, you are expected to co-create the I-House culture: bring your dreams to life by working with your house-mates on projects like international potlucks and feasts, country nights, deeply exploring global issues, learning with guest speakers, teaching or enjoying international dance and music lessons, and anything else you can dream up.
With support from Residence Services, the Global Education Program, and your own International House Community Council, your creativity and teamwork will be supported and rewarded. As with any transformative learning environment, what you put into it will be what you get out. With some openness, curiosity and love, you may just end up like many other I-House Alumni with a new global family from all over the world.
