What advice would you give to students entering graduate school?

Try your best to maintain a healthy work-life balance, focusing on keeping a positive mindset and resilience to overcome obstacles you may face during your studies. Most importantly, find a topic of research you are passionate about!

What’s next for you?

I will continue working in the field of health research and pursue a career in medicine.

What was your favorite distraction?

Going home to spend time on our family farm.

What is something your classmates do not know about you? 

In the colder months, I enjoy hunting and snowmobiling.
