From Norway to Augustana

Hello University of Southeast Norway students! Are you interested in studying at Augustana Campus, University of Alberta for a semester or full year? Here's how!

USN students interested in coming to Augustana for a semester or more submit a regular on-line application as:

• New student just out of high school, or
• New transfer student with some post secondary work,

(if you plan on finishing a degree here), or

• New 'Visiting' student from USN. You would need a permission letter from your institution listing courses you will be permitted to take here for transfer back to USN.

You can find the application form here: Application website. During the on-line application process, you will be asked to choose a Faculty and a program. Please be sure to indicate "Augustana" as your Faculty, if you wish to be considered for Augustana programs or courses.

Other Requirements (please submit to Lisa Hjelmeland)

• ­Proof of English Language Proficiency:
  A grade of 4 in the English course on high school transcript will meet the ELP requirement. (All other English testing exam results will work too such as TOEFL). • Transcripts:
  All applicant types above will be asked to submit transcripts for both high school and post-secondary studies. The high school transcript (secondary education) provides information on the courses that were taken at the high school level and whether or not students present the necessary prerequisites for the university courses they wish to enrol in. Official English Translation should be sent along with the transcripts.
