Microtraining
Originating in the digital world and more specifically in Web 2.0, a digital badge (also known as a digital insignia or digital button) is a digital device in the form of an icon used to confirm the acquisition of skills, knowledge or competencies, particularly in the field of online education. This concept, already recognised in more traditional forms, can be used as a motivational and rewarding tool, and even as an electronic certificate for work or an activity completed by an Internet user.
