The content of all our courses can be accessed remotely via our learning management platform, eClass. You can register for courses offered by video or completely online, if your interest and academic requirements are met. Please consult the list of available courses on Bear Tracks or contact the Admissions Office (780-465-8703).
You must authenticate yourself with your CCID and password. This is generally the same information you use for your University of Alberta e-mail account (ccid@ualberta.ca).
If you no longer have this information, please contact IST »
- That your course appears on your BearTracks course list; if it does, go on to step 2.
- The existence and visibility of the course on the eClass site with your instructor (there is a 24-hour delay between registering for a course and its appearance in eClass site). If yourinstructor confirms that everything is normal and the 24-hour detail has elapsed, go on to step 3.

- That your course appears on your course list on BearTracks; if it does, go to step 2.
- The course visibility schedule on the Moodle site, with your teacher, each course has a start and end date; if your teacher confirms that your course is still visible, go to step 3.

As well as having the necessary equipment (microphone, webcam, headset/speaker) and a cable Internet connection (it is preferable to a wireless connection), we recommend that you :
- activate pop-ups and cookies regardless of the browser used,
- get the latest versions of Java and Adobe Flash Player
