Enhance The Student Experience

Within the strategic plan, three areas of focus have stood out as priorities over the next five years.
As we concentrate on the commitment to enhance the student experience, we will:

WHAT:
Make a direct connection between ALES' programs and student learning

HOW:

We will develop a set of experiences and learning outcomes/competencies for each program;

We will assess current curriculum and re-align as necessary;

We will integrate high-impact practices and engagement indicators into the programs, as identified by the National Student Engagement Survey; and

We will focus on the success of all students through acknowledging diversity and differing needs.
