Message from the Dean of Faculté Saint-Jean, following the passing of Campus Saint-Jean alumna Meghan Weis

We learned with dismay the news of the death of Meghan Weis, née St Pierre, alumna of the Education program at Campus Saint-Jean, in tragic circumstances.

Meghan was a teacher in the French immersion program at École Our Lady of the Prairies in Edmonton, and contributed not only to the vitality of Francophonie, but to the development of a new talented and dynamic generation,  full of hope. Campus Saint-Jean will remember her smile as well as her dedication to the mission of education.

On behalf of all members of the Campus Saint-Jean community, I would like to express my deepest condolences to Meghan's family, whose grief we share, and to her friends and relatives, her colleagues, and also to the many students she will have inspired.
