New measures for fall return to campus

On August 17, 2021, the Office of the President announced new measures, including rapid testing or vaccination, and masks, as part of back-to-school plans. These protocols also apply to Augustana Campus.

On August 25, 2021, the U of A Public Health Response Team provided details on the self-declaration of vaccine status and the rapid testing program.

All Augustana students, faculty, and staff will be requested to complete their online vaccination self-declaration via email. 

Beginning September 1, all students, staff, faculty, and staff who do not disclose that they are fully vaccinated will be required to undergo weekly rapid testing before participating in on-campus activities this fall. Augustana Campus will have its own testing station.
