Augustana "Get Outside" Webinar Series wins CASE Award
8 February 2021
Augustana's summer webinar series, "Get Outside", was recently awarded a silver Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) Award. The series, a partnership between Augustana and the Office of Alumni Relations, looked beyond the traditional webinar format to offer a dynamic and appealing experience by bringing the campus to the audience.
CASE selected the series to receive a "pivot" award and congratulated the webinars for "keeping people more engaged through drone footage and people in different environments [which] helped reduce 'Zoom fatigue'...they took a good idea and made it great."
