Canadian Medical Graduates
All entry-level positions are committed annually to the Canadian Resident Matching Service (CaRMS). CaRMS is a national, not-for-profit, fee-for-service organization established in 1969 at the request of medical students seeking an independent entity to provide a fair and transparent application and matching service for entry into postgraduate medical training throughout Canada

International Medical Graduates
For individuals who are graduates of medical schools outside Canada or the United States and who are seeking to enter a residency program, you must apply to the Alberta International Medical Graduate (AIMG) Program.
