Emergency Notifications + Updates
In the case of an emergency on a U of A campus, information and updates will be provided both on this page and in emergency alerts and updates.
The university issues emergency alerts to provide information regarding urgent events that require you to take action for your safety. Alerts are simultaneously shared through a combination of methods, including the following:
- university email (@ualberta.ca accounts)
- university computers in labs
- the university's public address systems (in many, but not all, buildings)
- the MyUAlberta mobile app
- alerts at the top of all ualberta.ca webpages.
