Resources + Forms
This section contains various resources and forms that SLIS students will find useful throughout their studies. Students should also refer here for information on grade appeals and grievances, grading procedure, SLIS polices, as well as general UAlberta resources and a sample textbook list.
Some resources below are restricted to members of the UAlberta community. To access those resources you must be logged in to your UAlberta Google account. Users with multiple Google accounts occasionally encounter access issues. If you have an active university account but have trouble accessing those resources, open the link in a Private Browsing or Incognito Mode window and login from there.
Some PDF forms can be filled out and signed electronically. We recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, a free program for viewing, signing, an annotating PDFs. Please note that some PDF viewers, including those built into web browsers, may not properly show or allow full PDF functionality.
