Eligibility

Awarded annually to a full-time or part-time student registered in a Master of Public Health in General Public Health or an MSc in Public Health in Epidemiology. Selection is based on academic achievement and demonstrated leadership and/or community involvement. Preference is given to a student doing research in the area of epidemiology and/or surveillance in public health.

Application

Eligible applicants must provide:

  1. A completed Award/Scholarship Application Form (including the general appraisal), and
  2. A current curriculum vitae.
  3. Up-to-date unofficial transcripts
