Amane Abdul-Razzak



Dr. Amane Abdul-Razzak, Assistant Professor, Division of Palliative Medicine, Department of Oncology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Calgary. Her research interests include end-of-life communication, using quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods research designs. She is also interested in cancer-related fatigue, cancer rehabilitation, and how nutrition, exercise and the use of natural health products may be integrated alongside pharmacologic approaches. She has recently completed her MSc in Health Research Methodology at McMaster University as well as a year of added competency training in Palliative Care at the University of Calgary.

She is currently working on a project that investigates patient-family agreement on end-of-life values and medical treatment preferences. She is accepting graduate students at this time.
