How to get a new proximity ONEcard for ECHA
If you have been advised by your APO that you need a new proximity card, please note the following instructions:
- Check your ONEcard photo online using your CCID and password. A current photo (within 2 years) is required for all new ONEcards.
- If a new photo is required, you can upload a digital photo by clicking on the Online Photo Submission tab
- OR a new photo can be taken at the ONEcard office at the time of card issuance.
- Visit the ONEcard office (Located in the basement of Cameron Library) and bring the following:
- your current ONEcard;
- if you do not have a ONEcard, please bring a government issued photo ID*;
- a smile for the ONEcard office folk (and for your new photo if needed)
When you arrive, please let the ONEcard staff know that you require a proximity ONEcard for ECHA.
Please note: If you have lost your current ONEcard, or do not present it when you go to get your new proximity ONEcard, there will be a lost card fee levied in order to remove your old ONEcard from the system: $20 for regular (mag stripe only) and $25 for proximity ONEcards charged.
*drivers' licence, passport OR two pieces of Government Issue non-photo identification will be accepted (Health Care, Birth Certificate, and Social Insurance)
