Daniel Lincoln

Daniel is a graduate of the University of Alberta, holding a BA With Distinction in Political Science, Economics, and History. His main research interests include Canada-China trade, Chinese investment patterns abroad, China's role as an emerging leader of the Global South, and Canada's engagement with the Indo-Pacific region broadly. Daniel currently oversees The China Institute's Canada-China Investment Tracker. He is also currently a member of the Canada China Forum, reflecting his passionate commitment to fostering a deeper understanding of China among Canadians. In addition to English, Daniel speaks Russian.
