I'm looking for some good Ukrainian recipes, can you suggest some good cookbooks?

Although this book was produced in the 1970s, the recipes are authentic and well written. The book includes colored photos as well as illustrations. The book begins with a section on the art of cooking and the planned diet and ends with information about nutrition for the aged and slimming diets.
