For health and safety reasons, Résidence Saint-Jean will not be hosting students during the start of the 2020/2021 school year. Indeed, the number of registered Residents (24) was not high enough to allow the Residence to operate. The registered Residents were therefore transferred to "I-House", an international residence located at the North Campus, offering the same living conditions as Résidence Saint-Jean. All Residents will be housed on the same floor, thus creating an exclusively French-speaking cohort, supported by French-speaking staff members. Residents will also be put in virtual contact with French-speaking students planning to settle in during the year, pending the reopening of the buildings and the conduct of face-to-face classes.
We would like to underline that this measure is only temporary, and in no way constitutes a permanent transfer of Campus Saint-Jean residential services to the North Campus. Résidence Saint-Jean will reopen its doors as soon as the situation guarantees the health security of the Residents.
