Take advantage of the many opportunities afforded to our Trainees (undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral fellows), such as a vibrant and active ADI Trainee Working Group, bi-weekly seminar series, an annual Research Day, international study opportunities, and much more.

ADI offers our Trainees and their supervisors the following funding opportunities and travel awards acknowledging generous donations from the Alberta Diabetes Foundation, The Gladys Woodrow Wirtanen, The Morley and Val Blanch Family, and The Muttart Diabetes Research and Training Centre.
