Fall term equivalent: August - February (i.e., WUR's Periods 1 - 3) but please note that exchanges for shorter periods of time might be possible but you would need to inform the UAlberta Exchange Coordinator of your desired end date BEFORE the application deadline so that we can look into this possibility for you.
Winter term equivalent: February - August (i.e., WUR's Periods 4 - 6) but please note that exchanges for shorter periods of time might be possible but you would need to inform the UAlberta Exchange Coordinator of your desired end date BEFORE the application deadline so that we can look into this possibility for you.

Course Information
Language of Instruction: English and Dutch
Field of Study: Climate, Energy, Water, Environment, Nutrition, Health, Landscape, Animals, Society, and Economics. These fields are approached from various perspectives such as economics, management, research, product development, technology, and international cooperation.

Housing
Non-EU exchange students receive priority for housing through the exchange coordinators. Information on the housing application procedure can be found through the link below. There is a limited amount of rooms reserved for exchange students. In most cases, because of immigration rules and the priority status, housing is guaranteed for non-EU students.
It is important that you start your housing application as soon as you are able to do so!
