Generally speaking, there is no GPA requirement at Utrecht different from what the University of Alberta advertises on its eligibility page (link below). There is only a 3.0 (out of 4.0) GPA requirement if you wish to study at one of Utrecht's international honours colleges, University College Utrecht (UCU) and University College Roosevelt (UCR).
