Continuous Administrative Service Improvement Program (CASIP)
The Continuous Administrative Service Improvement Program (CASIP) is led by the University Initiatives Office (UIO) and delivers streamlined improvements in finance, research administration, information management and reporting and human resources administrative processes, as well as in the underlying technologies that support these areas.
Improvements are facilitated through the following streams of work: Service Governance Stream, Information Governance & Reporting Stream, Finance Stream, Technology Stream, Human Resources Administrative Process Stream and Research Administration Stream.
Projects are supported by subject matter experts in Finance, Procurement and Planning; Human Resources Health Safety and Environment and Shared Services; Information Services & Technology; Performance, Analytics and Institutional Research and the Office of the Vice President, Research and Innovation.
Program Roadmap
The CASIP Program Roadmap offers a consolidated view of the timing of key milestones and deliverables identified within the program. This roadmap will be updated on a monthly basis to reflect the current status of the program.
What we're working on
In consultation with the university community, the University Initiatives Office (UIO) has identified and prioritized improvements to administrative processes that will have the most significant impact across the institution. Note: Each project will deliver a series of incremental changes with all changes being completed by the expected completion date. Dates are subject to change based on new information.
