SLIS Online student, Ashley Panagapko (2016 cohort from Winnipeg), has been awarded the John Edwin Bissett Scholarship from the Manitoba Library Association, worth up to $6500 to a graduate of the University of Manitoba who is pursuing a graduate LIS program. Congratulations Ashley!
