Congratulations to Sarah Augot, Diane Lee, Chris Reimer, Jorden Smith, Maria Tan, Ali Grotkowski and Shannon Lucky for being awarded QEII Graduate Scholarships. The awards are valued at $10,800 (master's level) per year. The QEII Graduate Scholarship commemorates the Queen's visit to Alberta in May of 2005 and recognizes the high level of achievement of Alberta's graduate students. This is a very competitive scholarship and has very rigorous selection criteria such as academic record, letters of appraisal, statement of program, applicant's research and potential contributions to research.
