The Bariatric Care and Rehabilitation Research Group (BCRRG), in collaboration with Alberta Health Services and the Canadian Obesity Network created a series of training videos for health care staff instructing on safe patient handling:
- Transfer with a Belt (10 minutes)
- Total Care Lift (15 minutes)
- Sit-to-Stand Lift (15 minutes)
- Limb Holding using Band Slings (15 minutes)
- Lateral Transfers and Log Roll (10 minutes)
- Bariatric Considerations (30 minutes)
