Congratulations to Odile Cisneros!

MLCS’ Odile Cisneros is a recipient of the 2024 Faculty of Arts Community Service Learning Instructor Teaching Award. 

Professor Cisneros has been an instructor in our department since 2003, teaching courses in Spanish Language and Literature, Translation, Latin American Studies, and Comparative Literature. She has incorporated CSL into Translation and Comparative Literature classes for more than eleven years. We thank Professor Cisneros for her commitment to the success and well-being of her students, her long-term and wide-ranging partnerships with a host of community organizations, and her determination to maintain and enrich the CSL component of her instruction.
