On February 1, 2019 MLCS 199 students and their instructor Barra Scanlon did traditional St. Brigid's Crosses to celebrate Lá Fhéile Bhríde (St. Brigid's Day).
Barra explained that in Ireland St. Brigid's Day marks the beginning of Spring and making St. Brigid's crosses is one of their many tradition around this date.
