Dear participants, readers and spectators,
Another St. Jerome's Day Conference is now behind us and what a success! I was told it was the best ever and it's true in terms of the number of people who attended Friday although it is the best ever each year! Thank you all for your contribution and a special thank you to my helpers, Houssem, Jessica and Katie! Thank you to Valerie for helping me with the organization and providing the space for the reading on Saturday where we had a very small but choice audience, great entertainment and a lovely dinner to follow! And, of course, a big thank you to François Buhler for coming all this way and presenting enlightening talks on Friday and Saturday about the pitfalls of translating music!
Please remember that next year's theme will revolve around Truth and Reconciliation, so mark your calendars for Readings on Friday, September 29th, 2017 and the 15th Annual St. Jerome's Day Conference on Saturday, September 30th, 2017!
Regards,
Dr. Anne Malena
