• Minimum 90 days notice for Family Medicine residents to change or cancel a core rural or regional rotation.
• Minimum 90 days notice for Royal College residents to request a rural or regional rotation.
• Minimum 90 days notice for Royal College residents to change or cancel an elective rural or regional rotation.
• Maximum 90 days to submit site evaluation after rural or regional rotation.
• Maximum 90 days to apply for reimbursement and submit receipts after rural or regional rotation
