With an innovative curriculum and a focus on social accountability, the MD Program prepares today's medical students to become tomorrow's leaders. Supported by robust governance and administrative structures and guided by our 2022-2027 Strategic Plan, we develop diverse, competent, and compassionate physicians.

About the MD program
The MD Program is fully accredited by the Committee on Accreditation of Canadian Medical Schools (CACMS) and fosters a supportive and collaborative learning and work environment for students, faculty, and staff. We work with the Wâpanachakos Indigenous Health Program, the Office of Rural and Regional Health, the Black Health Lead, the Social Accountability Lead, the Office of Professionalism, the Office of Advocacy and Wellbeing, and many others across the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry to achieve our mission.
