Funding Partners

Since its formation, the ATAGC has been dedicated to becoming more than an insular research centre. From the outset, our government funding (beginning with the 2004 Genome Canada Grant) was generously supplemented through industry affiliations with Hoffmann La Roche Canada and Roche Molecular Systems. We are committed to developing partnerships in both the public and private sectors.

Our centre continues to work extensively with Stromedix, Astellas Pharma US Inc., Alberta Advanced Education & Technology, and Capital Health (now Alberta Health Services). Our increasing number of industrial affiliations is a compelling confirmation of the industrial applications of our research. The ATAGC's research is driven by tangible and beneficial results to patients and industry.
