Tips on using a Chatbot

Getting Started
  • All conversations will start by speaking to a bot.
  • If the bot is unable to answer your question, your chat will be routed to a live assistant, during business hours.
  • If live assistants aren’t available, you will be prompted to submit a ticket.
For Best Results
  • Ask only 1 question at a time.
  • Use clear and simple language.
Continuous Improvement
  • If you ask a question that the chatbot cannot answer, it will automatically be added to a queue for IST to work on answer creation.
