University of Alberta Career Centre
To help current students and recent alumni develop effective resumes the Career Centre offers Seminars and individual Advising Appointments for Resume, CV, Cover Letter, and Application Critiques.
Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA)
APEGA offers a number of events and services to help prepare engineering students for the profession. If you want to feel more confident in your ability to secure a job interview with a quality resume, upload your resume for their Virtual Resume Review service. Within 2 weeks you will receive written feedback from 2-3 volunteers who are typically HR representatives or professional engineers.
