Junior Instructor Program
Are you a Grade 12 student looking for an exciting summer volunteer opportunity? The Fred Otto DiscoverE program's junior instructor program is designed for students entering their first year of engineering here at the University of Alberta.
Junior Instructors will be assigned to a camp every week and will be expected to help out in the camps by engaging with the campers and helping with the presentation and delivery of the camp materials. Junior Instructors will also be given additional responsibilities throughout the week to help with the general delivery of the camp program.
Upon completion of the program, you will be eligible to receive a scholarship of $1500. You will also be given the opportunity to meet current engineering students and learn more about your program!
