Winter 2025 Recruitment
We invite you to post a co-op position for the Winter 2025 term. As of November 15, 2024 we have approximately 190 students available in January for 4, 8 or 12 month work terms. The Winter 2025 co-op recruitment began September 3, 2024 and follows a continuous recruitment process.
Job Postings: Please submit your job postings via the Engineering Co-op Program job board on campusBRIDGE. We recommend postings be open for 4 to 10 days. Please visit our Post a Job page for more information.
Interviews: We ask that employers arrange all interviews through campusBRIDGE. This enables you to create a schedule and will auto-invite your selected candidates. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for our office to review and approve your schedule. Interviews will be conducted in-person on campus, via an employer's preferred virtual platform, or by phone.
Note: To minimize students missing class time, off campus in person interviews are not permitted. Also, students are not required to attend interviews during scheduled semester breaks (e.g., Fall and Winter Reading weeks).
If you have any questions about interviews, or would like assistance in setting them up, please contact the Interview Team at coopschd@ualberta.ca.
Offers: Please note that all offers must be processed through the Co-op Office. After completing your interviews, submit your rankings via campusBRIDGE to let us know who you would like to offer to, along with any ranked alternates. campusBRIDGE will extend offers on your behalf and students will have up to 48 hours (excluding weekends) to make a decision. Upon acceptance or decline, you will be notified immediately. Should a candidate decline the system will proceed with offering to your next ranked candidate.
If you are unable to use campusBRIDGE for any reason, let your Employer Relationship Manager know and they will discuss alternative options.
The number of available students is subject to change: please contact our office for more information.
