Shared Content (Predefined Content)
Adding any type of content can be done from any page within Cascade. Simply click the "Add Content" at the top of any page.
Shared content, as it was defined in Sitecore, is now referred to as Predefined Content in Cascade.
You can access and use Predefined Content in a number of ways within Cascade, including contact info displayed across your site, a link list, and even to display a feature from the U of A homepage on your own site.
From the Add Content menu, select Shared Content:
Next, you will be taken to the editing screen. Shared content is simple HTML content that will placed in multiple locations on a site. While the default location of the shared content block can be anywhere on your site, we recommend the "_meta-data" folder.
