Acknowledgement

The Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies would like to acknowledge an unfortunate mistake that resulted in the circulation of a wrong image used on the poster announcing an upcoming presentation by Dr. Alexei Miller. Once the mistake was identified, immediate actions were taken and the appropriate image of the map of the Russian Federation was re-introduced on the poster. As Crimea's illegal occupation by Russia enters its eighth year, CIUS, along with Ukraine, Canada and the international community, remain firmly committed to supporting Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. We deeply regret our error and wish to apologize to all who rightly condemn Russia’s continuing aggression against Ukraine.
