• Develop a comprehensive teaching and learning mentorship program

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

• All new faculty take part in mentorship program
• New faculty perceptions, gathered through survey, indicate they have the support they need to teach effectively in the FRM
  

PROGRESS TO DATE:

• Spring 2018 - Ongoing. An adhoc working group has been organized by Chris Zarski. Preliminary work including review of the literature and benchmarking plus a pilot eClass site has been initiated
